Job Training

a little rushed and went over most things but had to learn the rest on our own

Training was very hands on and lots of coffee tastings, trained on different bodies of coffee beans, and sanataztion rules

Job training was awesome, hands on. Very informative.

The training is pretty hands on, and they make sure you are prepared.

This is more of a "throw you to the wolves" style of training.

They're pretty bad at it. Probably why the turnover is so high

Ridiculous. Scheduled for training, but chaotic staffing and rapid turnover make hands-on training consistently unavailable.

Depends on management. Ive been in store that just throw you in and hope you dont drown. Ive worked in others that help, and guide you in an AMAZING way.

Not the best at training. There is a lot to learn and not a lot of time to learn it. Maybe it's just my manager, but she refuses to properly train anyone and leaves it to the night time workers to help them learn.

Other stores, it is wonderful, unfortunately my store poorly trained me. I still dont know every single drink, been employed almost 6 months. Not ONE shift on bar. We are a high volume store and I work during peak however.
