You receive it and it is clearly laid out but it is poorly executed by upper management. Sub par and never completed in a timely manner. No one is ever on the same page regarding policies, organization of the Store, drink standards

On site training over a few weeks

Training isn’t very good. After a few months of working I still don’t know a lot of things about the store (just drinks and register). For example I didn’t there was a policy that states that you’ not allowed to call out even if your sick

If you're smart and you're driven you can catch on. Training was actually really nice because it was very relaxed and they really sold me on believing that it was a wonderful place to work.

Nonexistent. I was supposed to be assigned trainers and not once had I been assigned one.

I had a very good training experience that left me feeling like the company had invested in me.

In store training is challenging but corporate onboarding is inconsistent

Yes, they are well-organized job training. I loved it

The entire training program is online. Personally, I don't like their Job training system
