Kaiser. Not my favorite but I valued that it was offered to me when I was not a full time employee. Many employers would not do that for a employee that was only working about 30 hours a week.

BCBS is accepted nearly everywhere. Reduced deductible for employees, but dependants have to meet deductible.

At least 2-3 choices. Low cost = high deductible, High cost = low deductible

Different plan than I am used to. There is a $1,00 health care account that I get with my PPO (basically State Farm covers the first 1,000 of my $2,500 ded). The $1,500 is 100% out of pocket until the deducable amount but then BCBS pays 100% until I hit $5,000. After that they pay 80%. Most providers are unfamiliar w/ the HCA so they always try to charge me a deductable

The best part about State Farm's health insurance plan was that my family did not have to pay out of pocket for doctors visits when we did not go past our plan's limits.
