One of the weakest job training I ever had.

on the job training is the best. I don't really like the bootcamps (auto, life and health) they are a waste of time.

All training was done online, so I had to re-learn everything on the job.

You really don't get any official training. It's usually your co-workers who get annoyed and have to stop to take time out of their busy day to help you because the agent would probably show you the wrong way to complete a task anyways.

The worst training approach that I have ever experienced. All the information you are to utilize is spread out through a very confusing and frustrating labyrinth of websites and online manuals. There are often times vagueness in the explanation of problems and their solutions. Very easy to be misinformed or even told one thing and the next day your told something else. We were told in the first week that it would be approximately 2 years before we were fully trained.
The training went like this:
Everyone in a classroom for a week learning how to process something and then the following week you go through proficiency. But during the training classroom the trainers often times didn't know the correct answers and could tell us why we had to do certain things just that we had to do them.

They pay you a reasonable hourly wage for you to sit at home 2-3 months and study for your state insurance licenses. They then pay for all your classes, textbooks, exam fees, and license fees. Then you can take your new licenses and say Adios! because everything else about the company sucks.
