Job Training

We were trained well and had many off site classes to attend.

omg I was jus put at a desk and left to my own devices. you learn on the job. insurance is a completely different beast and it will take at least a year before you have a good handle on thing where ur not calling the underwriters every 2 seconds

They offer really great online and classroom training opportunities. There is ample on the job training as well and multiple opportunities for continuing education.

Training Provided for most jobs

The job training was 7 weeks in a class room but most of the info is learned hands on. Slight waste of time. I hear it's chagr though.
