Generous amount of sick days based on accrued total hours worked. So many sick days that you will probably not even know how many you have.

There cool bout this subject I guess they figure if your sick your sick, and get out and stay out before you get every one else sick.

You have regular PSL days and if you exceed 5 sick days within a year they advise that you file for FMLA benefits

the number of sick days grows each year you are there up to a certain point. You start out with 20 and max out at over 200. However, if you use more than 2 at a time you have to have a Dr's note which if your actually sick isn't a problem most of the time.

Sick days are same as vacation days.

You will never use up all of your sick days unless you are being mischievous.

more sick days are available than vacation but you have to have a doctor note to justify why you are out of the office.
