The health insurance is amazing. Co-pays are reasonable, multiple plans are offered to employees including HSA, PPO & HMO making it possible for any employee to choose the coverage that's right for them and their families without over buying or paying too much out-of-pocket.
John Legere, CEO of T-Mobile, actually told the Director of Human Resources that our Dental insurance "sucked" and needed to be re-evaluated immediately on a webcast. He is the biggest driving force behind many of T-Mobile's benefit offerings that have improved or expanded in the past 2-3 years.

Full range of options from a High Deductible Coverage Plan, with very modest employee premium and company makes contribution to the HSA you can establish with the HDCP. Also offers standard lower-deductible / in-network plans.
