The TJMAXX discount only covers 10% of the entire purchase. And occasionally we have 20% off weekends spread out though the year. No special raise or discounts during the holidays.

The best thing about Employee Discount at TJ Maxx is that associates are given a discount card which can be used at TJ Maxx and many other stores such as Marshalls, HomeGoods, Sierra, and Homesense locations, both in-store and online. The default discount is 10% off and once in awhile there will be a 20% off limited time discount which is great.
