Job Training

There was a lot thrown at you during training. Over all it was good. The only problem was that it was more of a fun and games type atmosphere than work,.

Woefully inadequate and leaves you unprepared for when you leave training.

Job training was awesome but the problem seemed to be that training and production floor were not on the same page. Great trainer but the drawback was that most of the training modules did not work. Training was not conducive to expectations of production floor.

The training manager for our group was a liar ands very unprofessional.

Train us, we do not need to take tests to prove we can do a good job, just by listening to the trainer. Let employees ask questions and the trainer can answer them.

The training tends to focus on things most people have learned by the time they finish high school. The 'Advanced Services' Division does better, but tends to value certifications over expertise.

Training above agent level nearly nonexistent. Good for self-starters.

It was average like most jobs
