The trainer was military and told us about what the company did to her when she lost her mom and how crappy they were, she was looking to weed people out I guess, she had her favorites I was not one, she just decided not to like this middle age women. Most people do like me go figure judged me before she gave me a chance.

For all account agents they go thru a series of training. its strict about time and missing classes. They are anywhere form 1 week to 6 weeks. You have to dress professional but its great job training.
