The best thing is you have the ability to work from home. The worst thing is that they keep changing your schedule timings every 1 or 2 weeks without asking about convenient time to the employee. It is a BIG hassle to get your schedule changed!

Working for home definitely has it advantages, and disadvantages, because if you have children or a dog, the possibility of disruption is always opportune.

It is great to work from home. I learned a lot about how turbo tax operate. But the scheduling is a problem with me they would give you one schedule and then change it in the middle of the night and not send you any kind of notice, affecting your pay check if you didn't work that day.

System requirements are steep. Company remote systems are frequently unstable. No pay for problems caused by unstable cmpoany systems.

TeleTEch has the ability to have employees work from home and some areas are very flexible with this option; however, others require only X number of days as work from home and the rest in the office except management is except from this. Difficult for employees to follow a process that their manager does not.

Work from home sounds great, but you will have to lay out some money for it, you have to have all the equipment for it, at your own cost. And do not ever miss a single minute of work! EVER. You miss a single minute of work at this company and you will be either written up or fired. Do not take a day off, even if you have paid time off time built up, do not use it. You will regret it.
