While the coverage was the same the cost of the healthcare has gone up (was 100% covered) and now costs employees as well as having the deductible rise. However still is above average and covered most things.

Strong benefits! At the time I worked at Tableau, they covered 100% coverage for the individual employee and 85% coverage for dependents.
