Best thing: One of the best parts of Target’s benefits package is the employee discount — 10% off all Target purchases, plus an additional 20% off on wellness items like fresh fruits and veggies, healthy snacks, and workout gear. It really helps if you're trying to stay on a budget and live a healthy lifestyle.
Worst thing: The health insurance options could be a bit more flexible, especially for part-time employees. While there is coverage available, some team members feel the deductibles are a bit high compared to other retailers.
