10% off on almost everything

In my store team is best and leaders, they are so kind to me and help always when I need it

It’s just not really enough. You get just a 10% discount

The employee discount is a standard 10% across the board on all products. There are certain products that fall into a "wellness" discount which includes items like fruits/vegetables, and their activewear apparel brand AllInMotion. I do wish they had more of a varied discount for different product categories. Such as 10% for electronics, but a higher percentage like 50% on apparel. I think this would make the discount more appealing and competitive. Also, if you work for Target for 10+ years and leave the company at age 55+ you get your discount for life. But I wish all employees regardless of age were eligible for this as 10 years is quite a substantial amount of time and their anniversary benefits are not the best.
