Target discount is not that great. All employees only get a 10% discount. They encourage you to get a target red card in order to save an additional 5%. So if you have both you get a total of 15%.

You can only use the Target red card if paying with a debit or credit card. I would have to pay with cash to get the discount because I didn't have the Target Red Caed.
