It was only 10% but nice thing was I was leaving for college and they have a lot of college stuff so that helped out a bit. Also Target does sell a broad range of items so it does help a little

10% off using employee card additional 5% when using the target card.

I got a few products which I needed for insane bargain prices. For instance, a soft and cozy fitted sheet for about $6, and a pair of tan suede ankle boots for $7.

The employees discount was lame... only 10%. Health benefits sucked.

Not that big of a discount

Nothing negative, it was nice to have that discount on top of that already 5% you get with the RedCard.

the discount is only 10% but they practally force you to get a red card to 15%. if you dont have the red card you have to pay in cash to get the 10% if you use a card other than the red card no discount at all.
