I was fortunate to have a great trainer for my present position. She is also a great contact when I have questions about certain issues.

Unorganizing. Managers didn't communicate well with others and their TM's

Often just throw you into the work with minimum training so be prepared to learn on the go. Don't be afraid to ask for help but it's important you can problem solve on your own.

There is a pretty good training regimen that covers most of the necessary paperwork you'll need to perform your job. You are trained by your peers for the most part which can cause stress when evaluations are around the corner.
