Target's job training for managers is over 6 weeks long. It prepares you not just to know your role but gives you the resources to deal with any questions, concerns or issues that may arise when you start your position. Makes you a very competitive employee for other employers as well.

It took way too long to diversify in departments. My ETL was too territorial.
