Aetna is fine. However, HR is bare-bones staffed (only 1 person is in charge of the entirety of the Americas division, so too bad if the sole HR person is in Texas and you're in Washington state). Instead of putting in my SSN to MyMarketLink, they input my employee ID, and my birthday on records was incorrect, making access to healthcare a nightmare.
