Health insurance is very good. It provides 3 levels. Gold, silver and bronze. Employer contribution is good as well.

Very less copay with the health insurance

It almost covers everything, so its just people need to make use of it

Excellent coverage on medical, dental, vision. Atena has less network discounts than united healthcare. But still okay

Good Compared to other outsourcing companies

very less deductible, moderate premiums too.

Health insurance plans are not good most of them really are not very useful. I personally did not like any health insurance plans that company provided.

Health insurance is Okay compare to others

Tech Mahindra had excellent health coverage and it was 100% paid by the company, since 4 odd years they have started gradually moving the cost to employees. Medical insurance provided by Tech Mahindra is no longer one of the best.
