No complaints at all. The cost is affordable and the coverage is great.

Being a health insurance company, you would think the rates and offerings would be more generous.

The insurance for family and individuals I mean we are a health insurance company and we still have to pay 484 a month plus meet a 5000 deductible

Only high deductible plans are offered.

Expensive, poor prior authorization approval ratings

Pretty good coverage available to employees

Responsive to requests. Multiple ways to contact text, email, phone.

Benefits are not that great. You do pay same amount as insurance as you pay with other employers

You have access to all of the support tools and they encourage mental and physical health

Premiums are not too bad and the incentive dollars help, however there was a reduction in dollar amounts which isn't ideal. Overall variety of plans and coverage is good and vision and dental Premium aren't too bad. EAP benefits are available as well which is nice
