Benefits were great no high costs no high out of pocket co pays and very useful in every way

HSA with employer contribution, high deductible health plan

Major plan that is accepted widely in the area; am able to keep all my same doctors

I have health insurance, that's about it.

Has gotten progressively worse each year since introduction of ACA and potential "cadillac tax" on the old PPO plan. Healthcare plans are in desperate need of complete overhaul just to reach the level of cost and care from 10 years ago.
