It is basic health care and there are not a ton of options. I have had several other plans where the deductible and prescription plans were much much better. One perk though is 20% any CVS brand item in store.

IR has a non-insurance health plan that if you want to participate and meet set goals they give you money to help pay for your health insurance premiums. IR cares about employees health and goes out of their way to help each employee stay healthy, mentality as well as physically.
