Typically its up to the manager on WFH flexibility. I've never heard anyone got disciplined for working from home too much.

The best thing about working from home is if your boss is decent you'll be able to do it. The bad thing is since the place has not enough people working there and run so poorly you'll end up working from home on nights and weekends quite often. How is that a benefit?

Depends on the associate's manager. There is more that can be done at Transunion to emphasize remote working to help associates have better work-life balance.
