Very good, I would say excellent coverage as well as good choices of insurance providers, but the cost of coverage was extremely high.

- Decent coverage, but it's fairly expensive. The premiums are assessed based on your base compensation (i.e. the premiums increase as your salary increases)
- HSA contribution by the firm starting at $400 increasing up to around $1200 (depending on salary and family size)
- Rewards program from insurance carrier (Aetna) to get cash back for being healthy (participate in a training program, complete a health assessment, biometric screening, health coaching etc...)

Not to notch health insurance but pretty good. Deductible reasonable, etc. Hostetter complicated to claim.
