the employee portion has consistently gone up over the years especially in the last 5 years. Now the deductibles have tripled in 2016 vs 2015 and we no longer have co-pay option and have to payout either a 20/80 or 15/85 cost only after fulfilling a high deductible (min of $1500 depending on income and the plan you choose). That's not much better than some of the state offered plans.

New plans for 2016, includes an HSA.. more premium, deductible still high, not impressed at all, there are companies in peer industry that have better insurances.

the full time employees can get health benefits that will uniquely covers themselves and family members.
