Its free for all part time employes.

Since it is free I am satisfied with it and have never had problems with it. Only difficulty I had was getting my son on the plan. It took longer than I thought it would.

Free family medical is a huge benefit in today's world.

If you are union, you only qualify after a year, but once you do it is pretty good and they don't deduct anything from your paycheck, even if you are part- time.

100% to 85% paid insurance.

The benefits are/were great. They are renegotiated regularly, and as long as you are already in the union, you can keep your old benefits, but its still rigamaroll that makes you question how much they appreciate their workers.
