Using the army medical system is bordering on torture. Going to he er on post can take nearly a day at times. have to go of post and submit paperwork afterward and hope it will be covered. Can't schedule appointments for family members to be seen more than a month out, if available at all.

Inexpensive but sometimes not the best. The families doctor is almost always better than the service member's doctor.

The best part of the Army's Health Insurance is that it costs nothing - no copays for Dr appointments, prescriptions, or special equipment (i.e. - CPAP machines)
