Humana health care plan. Cost the employee 45 dollars every two weeks

The Humana program is top notch and very easy to use.

The best thing is that USAA gives its employees money on a credit card to cover co-pays, deductibles, prescriptions, etc. The worst thing about the health care plan is how the provider manages claims, makes mistakes and suspends access to those funds. Many times employees are unaware of the suspension creating inconveniences: unplanned expenses, and time spent researching and solving the issues.

It's really high. But you get an HSA card..Humana sucks
