Premiums are very reasonable, with chance at discounts through meeting certain healthy goals

They changed from Humana to another subpar health insurance company. $50 bi-weekly additional fee if you quit smoking but you use nicotine patches or gum or vapor. Dumb.

The best thing is that USAA gives its employees money on a credit card to cover co-pays, deductibles, prescriptions, etc.
The worst thing about the health care plan is how the provider manages claims, makes mistakes and suspends access to those funds. Many times employees are unaware of the suspension creating inconveniences: unplanned expenses, and time spent researching and solving the issues.
