Work from home is not all that great. They super micromanage you when you are working at home. and there is very little room for promotion. USAA usually sends home those who have no chance of moving up.

I love that it’s relatively easy to become a WAH employee at USAA; however, the worst thing are easily the technology challenges. Make sure you have very fast internet speeds before you even think of signing up.

They do have work from home program but it is extremely difficult to get into & require a separate room for their equipment.
