Can work from home and set own hours. The hours are night and early morning. No minimum or maximum hours.

I can work from home doing what I love - teaching!!! No report cards, or boring meetings, or administrators dropping by and asking you to do more stuff. Additionally, all lesson are prepared. You just bring your energy, creativity, patience, and a few props (like a small whiteboard and a puppet.)

I love that I can work in my pajama pants. As long as I look professional from the shoulders up, I can be comfortable. I love that I can save gas traveling to and from work. I save money in childcare because I work while my kids sleep in the early morning or on the weekends.

One of the best things about working for VIPKID is that I can do the work from home while my small children are sleeping in the next room!
