WM is Houston based with Houston based health insurance. I was very limited in terms of variety. Vacation was great however, almost 50 hours. You could start using time at the day of hire.

Overpriced. Cigna is not a bang for your buck insurance.

It covers almost everything 100%. Some routine things don't even have the copay. Dental has a small cap of like $1,500/person but covers 50% of major things and 100% of routine visits, vision offers 1 exam/year, one set of lenses a year, a one set of frames every 2 years. It also covers $250 per eye for LASIK. Family insurance is expensive but still cheaper than almost every other company offers since they pay half.

Health insurance is horrible. Cigna is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Deductibles are high and there are very few participating doctors.
