you will have a lot of training to complete but not always for your personal development

walgreens provides job taining for employees

They train you as you go. You have to do the same job training yearly. Literally the same as exact training every year for as long as you work there. Occasionally they will have new training for new technician abilities, such as vaccine administration. You get a small pay raise for being authorized to give vaccines and nothing after that.

Mostly everything is hands onlearning. A human or anything can only retain so much information from modules.

My job training was excellent and easy to catch on
