They have orientation and a week job training before you actually start working as a pharmacist

You are hired and away you go. No time to train. That would exceed weekly budget for payroll. Most done with the minimum cost of weekly budget hours.

There maybe 1 day of on-job training and a 100 pols and then you're on your own, SICK OR SWIM

Learned a lot from shift leads than some managers

Very much on the job, not that much time for actual training, but instead, you are going to be working and learning on the go

Walgreens has this in the bag! They train people and equip them to go forward in life better then when they came. Wether it be because they work for you or against you. You will come out being a stronger person.

Excellent job training. They offer department training and they have a paid Pharmacy Technician program.

It’s learn as you go mostly. If you’re new they just stick you in the gutter lol, it’s too busy to have an actual training day especially in the pharmacy however, you catch on quickly even though you may feel like crying everyday for your first couple weeks of working lol.

Corporate emphasis on upwards mobility is great.
