They are sticklers when it comes to using this benefit. Almost have to give them blood type, kidney, first born child....

If you are the mother having a baby they grant it, if the father it takes a lot to get them to grant the 6 weeks required by law to care for the baby.

Also excellent, I had asked and did give them paperwork from doctor that I may at certain times need days off for the treatment and care of my bi-polar illness. They never made me feel bad or awkward about my illness and when I called in to take the day off because I was not feeling well they did not say a word. But I do feel they were able to use me as a income tax write off or something to that affect. When we were signing paperwork when we were hired I had signed paperwork letting them know that I was bi-polar and what doctor I used and information that they understood my disability.
Like I said they were very very accommodating in my illness.
