I like that you can opt-in or -out for several different aspects of the health insurance (including dental, vision, etc.). However, the actual insurance itself doesn't cover much for someone in circumstances other than normal health.

Only full time get this, but they complain about it just being subtracted from their paystub, yet still having to report it as income during taxes
