Cost is more than it should be due to the amount of associates in the company.

Covered most issues that you might want. Also worth picking up just in case of an accident! Never want to be caught without it

It is extremely important to remember that insurance varies by market.
Wal-Mart's offered insurance has been the best I've found.
2018 private insurance lowest cost plan was Oscar Bronze.
Premium: $295/mo
Deductible: $7500
Max Out of Pocket: $7500
Prescription coverage: plan pays 60% AFTER deductible met.
Reg. Office visit: $0 AFTER deductible
Specialist: $0 AFTER deductible
Hospital/ER/Urgent Care/X-ray/lab/etc: $0 AFTER deductible
Out of network: no coverage
Wal-Mart 2018 lowest price plan (all plans in my market are through Aetna):
Premium: $36/mo
Deductible: $2750
Max out of pocket: $6850
Prescription coverage: most generics $4
Reg. Office visit: $35
Specialist Office visit: $75
Urgent Care: $100 copay
Walk-in Clinic: $35/$50 copay
Free teledoc
Lab/hospital/ER/etc: plan pays 75% AFTER deductible
In the one month I've had this insurance I've already saved over $900 on doctor, lab, prescriptions, and premium.
