Office visit: $35 Specialist Office visit: $75 Urgent Care: $100 copay Walk-in Clinic: $35/$50 copay Free teledoc Lab/hospital/ER/etc: plan pays 75% AFTER deductible In the one month I've had this insurance I've already saved over $900 on doctor, lab, prescriptions, and premium.
