it depends on what kind of your insurance plan you want. I got a good company (BlueCrossBlueSheild). They paid almost every dollars every times I need to see the doctor.

For HRA, you get a health "balance", and once you hit that balance you pay everything out of pocket until you hit the deductible of 3000. So very meh

I had it when I previously worked for Walmart. I paid a lot out of pocket because of a high deductible and a lot of medical testing was not covered.
