It's a $250 per year personal benefit. With an out of pocket maximum of 10,000. The dental is delta basic which offers little coverage and a deduxtible of 7,000

Good insurance with an up front credit. Just don't use it a lot because the deductible is high.

The cost of the packages was not worth the patchy coverage and need for referral for everything. The prescription coverage was awful if the medication did not have a generic than it was full price, I had a medication that cost $1,500.

There health plan is excellent

health insurance for Walmart is great in u could use it at anytime

It is weak and could ge nice to have something to keep.your emplyees in good health so they can work hard not have it here they have to work harder to get better coverage to get healther.

The plan that I have doesn't really cover much in an illness or emergency but the preventative care is covered 100%. Maternity and family planning is comparable to other plans.
