100% company paid for a great plan. Only a small fee per pay check to add Dental, like $4. If you want the Premier plan, then you have to pay part of the cost. I find that the regular plan is more than adequate! Pair this with the FSA account and you are really in good shape

For me the health insurance is fully covered because I'm single. 401(k) is dependant on the company's annual profit so a bad year could slow retirement growth.

Not only is the Health care compensated by the employee, it is actually really good health care. The company covers only the medical, so dental and vision our on the employee.
