The worst! Bare minimum state required insurance.

Employee portion of premium is a bit high. It is also a high deductible plan, so some may not be able to really benefit from full coverage because they don't meet the deductible each year. A plus is that preventive care is covered 100%.

High deductible PPO health insurance w/o company match. Annual seed money only.

It is ok for a self funded plan and administered by Meritain Health. They use Aetna PPO open choice list of providers which gives you many choices. It is ok except for High deductible.
