Pricey and hard to navigate

Options are all still fairly expensive compared to my past employers

Every year, less is covered at a greater expense to the employee, but that is the nature of healthcare today. I don't think it is unique to iHeart.

Insurance starts on the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment. You might have to extend your current employer benefits by 30 days using COBRA. I have found most companies use this type of policy so it was not an issue for me.
