Bonus is not the best for the MIRROR Lead. You only make bonus if you sell a MIRROR, and the bonus doesn't even become somewhat substantial until you hit 100% to plan. Because MIRROR Leads help the store so much with their sales of clothing/accessories, I wish the MIRROR Lead also made the same bonus they did... it's a flawed bonus model for this role.

The company offered quarterly and annual performance bonuses. In fact, even temporary associates were often included.
