Diversity & Inclusion Council
In October 2020, Arbella formed its first Diversity and Inclusion Council made up of individuals from across the company. Arbella’s Diversity and Inclusion Council strives to create a deeper awareness and understanding of the need for a more diverse, supportive and inclusive workplace where individuals are valued for their talents and feel empowered to reach their full potential. They are focused on working with other Arbella employees to attract and retain talent from a broad spectrum of backgrounds, capabilities and experiences to reach members of traditionally marginalized communities.
