A telephone interview with the hiring manager followed by a 3 to 4 hour (their estimate) homework assignment. Phone interview is completely one sided with a series of scripted questions. They allow you one brief question at the end if time allows. Homework includes some simple, tedious tasks to perform. Everything suggests they take micro-managing to an extreme.
