I applied online and a recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone screen. When I answered it was a fellow recruiting coordinator who seemed uninterested and dry to fill in for the recruiter. She moved me to the next round and sent over a take home assignment with a 48 hour time frame. I completed the assignment within 24 hours and never heard back from them even after reaching back out. They claim to "lead with empathy" as their motto but their recruiting team can't even give a candidate who took the time learn about the company/complete a take home assignment a proper turn around time.

Question 1
Why 23andMe?
Where do you see yourself in your career path?
I had the first initial phone call with the Recruiter who was not the nicest. She called me almost 10 minutes later than what was scheduled, I felt like she was rushing me as I was speaking and it didn't even last longer than 15 mins. She had a negative tone. When I asked her a question about the feedback process she responded very abruptly. The second round was an assignment that was easy. After completing it I did not hear back from her for a week, so I emailed her. A couple of days later I got a rejection with no feedback on why I was not moving forward.

Tell me about yourself?
Why 23&Me?
The process was quick. Recruiter screen, written assignments, HM screen then team interviews. Enjoyed every conversation with the team, they seem to have a good work culture within the TA team. Unfortunately, I wasn't fortunate to land the role.
