Interview
takes a very long time. after submitting my resume it took over a month to result in an interview. so you have to just forget about the whole thing to get your life going on.

i thought i applied for a legal position, but most of the questions basically seemed to be more relevant with legal department "management" and business acumen.
Entrevistas feitas online, com lideres locais e extrangeiros. Pacote de remuneração ou expectativa salarial não foram discutidos. Não cheguei a receber um feedback concreto do processo apesar de ter participado de 5 entrevistas, portanto a crítica está na falta de visibilidade dos motivos da seleção. Também é duvidoso investir tempo em entrevistas sem ter qualquer informação sobre o pacote de remuneração.

Interview
The interview with the department head following an online application was relatively easy to schedule and cordial. The interview style was conversational with a number of relevant questions posed concerning the duties and required experience fo rthe role. It also included a good description of the working culture and department goals etc.
