Applied for the job online after an internship. Received a simple phone interview to get to know me and answer any questions I had. One site interview with the employee I was replacing, the supervisor, and one other.

Interviewing for full time position. Applied through campus recruiting website. Standard interview questions. Was interviewed by a manager and a recent graduate. Asked the same questions to all candidates. Second round was not needed for decision.

Get in through the internship program! Go to Career fairs and meet 3M recruiters. That is the best way to get a job at 3M. The internship program really gives you a lot of good experience and you get to meet people in various departments.

1. Online assessment; 2. Phone call with HR; 3. Interview in Atherstone; 4. FInal interview in Bracknell. The questions in 3 and 4 were about my CV, very friendly. It was more an informal chat than a stressful interview
