I connected through campus recruiting. Interviewers were very cordial and helped find me the best fit within the company. They asked me why 3M and about my background. I interviewed with 2 people for 30 minutes each.

I got an interview through a career fair, and two people sat down with me. They asked me to introduce myself and then asked a few behavioral questions. Overall, they just wanted to get to know who I was - beyond a student trying to get an internship. Said it should take about 2 weeks to get back to me but could take longer.

I applied to the position online and then I met the recruiter at the career fair. I had an interview the next day. It was all behavior based and lasted for 30 minutes.
