Interview
I had a 30 minute interview with the hiring manager over Zoom. It was very casual. She was really nice and had me go over my resume and why I wanted to work at 3M. I was told the next steps would be to meet with the team. I never heard back (not even an automated rejection e-mail). Based on our conversation, it sounds like they were going to hire a temp or on site vendor for this role. They just posted the job externally to hire the temp/vendor. If I want a job like this, it was clear that I need to be a temp or on site first. I no longer apply for these jobs.
